Two other garages could not fix the central locking on my older BMW, but *** had it diagnosed and parts ordered within the morning.
I can’t praise them highly enough for their work, such lovely people too.
Rates are very competitive compared with BMW etc.
Basically they know what they are doing and get it done efficiently!
In case you run into difficulties getting there, lifts etc they are less than 10 minutes walk from ***

This is the best Auto electrical for exotic cars in Queensland without a doubt the staff are brilliant they know these vehicles back to front, they will give the correct advice which could save you hundreds of dollars they have all the test equipment the the dealers have

Another mechanic told me that it would cost $5000 to fix my VW Jetta and that it would take 4-8 weeks for a part to arrive. Sterling Auto Electrics got my car back within the week. They worked with my car’s warranty company on my behalf and got a claim processed which covered most of the final bill, which was already $3000 cheaper than what I was quoted initially. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks guys 🙂

After more than half a century on the road I’ve encountered a lot of Auto Electric services, and I have to say they have all been pretty good. But Sterling simply tick all of the boxes. Customer service 10 out of 10. They take the time to explain exactly what is needed with all the whys and hows and when the job is finished that go through all the details and show you the parts they had to replace explaining why they were needed. The quality of their work is simply excellent, and they just give you that feeling of absolute confidence. Well done all and thank you for the work on my 20 y/o SAAB 9.3 and also the work you did 6 months ago on my sons, also 20 y/o SAAB 2000.

I could not recommend the team at Sterling more, they went above and beyond for me and at a very, very fair price on an issue which nobody else seemed to want to touch with a ten foot pole. My case was not an easy one to solve and required many hours of diagnosis, and some delays meant it was in the shop for several days long than anticipated, but I am very happy with the work completed and would happily tell anyone, especially with a Euro car, to come here for any work needed. Stellar job guys, thank you. My peace of mind that my car is finally fixed is priceless.
